More Questionable Outfits

In honor of yesterday's "disagreement" Ainsley & Brad had over wearing a tie dye shirt with turquoise pants, I've put together some interesting wardrobe decisions she's made over the past 6 months.

My favorite look - shorts over pants, soccer jersey & medal from 2 years ago.
(She must miss Coach Todd.)
We love to mix and match prints!
There's that skirt again (thanks, Cilla!),  paired with a Brazilian soccer jersey (thanks, Joshie!) at a Sporting KC game.

Did I mention that we love cowgirl boots?

Even pirates wear boots.

And we still LOVE tie-dye!  Thanks SO MUCH, Cilla!

"Green & green - this matches, right Mom!"
Of course it does.

She's going to gymnastics. Sadly, I find a unitard & boot appropriate.
No explanation needed.

"Formal" Family Photos

This is as "formal" as we get.

I'm not sure why my friend, Katie Trenkle, agreed to take our photos again - but luckily she did!

Maybe she was enticed by Max's dimples as he said, "Hey, Wadies!"(hey, ladies!) while posing; or perhaps she enjoyed Ainsley's strangle hold on Max after Katie said, "Now, put your arm around your brother."

Thank you, Katie!

Sleep habits

My children have questionable sleep habits.  Ainsley will wear anything she likes to bed - a scarf, a coat, whatever.  In this case, a fleece ski hat.

And this joker likes to "defy us" by sleeping on the floor, on his chair, or under his bed.  I don't care what he does as long as he's not bothering me.

"Let's do makeup, Max!"

"Max, I have a great idea!  How about you sit there & I put makeup on you!  Doesn't that sound like fun?"

Ainsley officially mastered the roll of the older sister.  She's able to get Max to do pretty much anything - it's quite amazing.

Ainsley doesn't really understand that "eye shadow" isn't
"eyebrow shadow."

Poor guy, he's such a willing participant.

Ta da!  Isn't he gorgeous?
